Feb 02, 2004 Snow conditions were barebootable to North and South Twins, although softer and deeper in the col between them. Much deeper, drifted, untracked snow from South Twin all the way to Garfield. Garfield Ridge trail was well packed from summit to Gale River Road. I spent about two hours taking pictures and lounging on this unusually warm and sunny Groundhog Day. I am eager to go back and take more shots from North Twin. :) Tim
