Open Hut Winter Traverse

What: A traverse of the 3 White Mountain Huts that are open in winter.

42.1 Miles 14,150' Elevation Gain

Location: White Mountains, (NH)

Time: 18 hours, 58 minutes.

This is a new event, a variation on the
traditional summer route.

Wakely Dam Ultra Trail Run

What: 32 miles of wild and wooly Adirondack backcountry.

Location: Piseco - Adirondacks, (NY)

New Record: 5:05:50

This record was broken in 2006 by Pat Hamel of Holland Patent, NY, with a time of 5:05:00 ( in a driving rainstorm!)

Old Record: 5:21:16
